We’re excited to announce that FLIPP has been selected as agency of record for Spiritleaf, a recreational cannabis dispensary with plans to launch 100 franchise locations across Canada in its first year.
Cannabis has been illegal in Canada since 1923. With the introduction of federal legislation to legalize cannabis by July 2018, things are about to get interesting as doors open on this multi-billion dollar industry. Spiritleaf, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inner Spirit Holdings Inc. will develop and sell their proprietary licensed brand products through their own vertical distribution network including online, retail and franchise outlets.
Spiritleaf has already gained incredible momentum. To date, Spiritleaf has granted 4 individual franchises, 3 in Calgary Alberta, and one in Peterborough, Ontario, and has also approved a 10 store area development agreement in the Greater Toronto Area.
Over the past months, FLIPP has been hard at work building the Spiritleaf brand and bringing it to life across various applications including corporate website and a national franchise advertising campaign launching this fall.
