Introducing Jim Gott

Jim has this dog who's head doesn't fit its body. Jim's pretty quiet, until he's not - then you can't get him to shut up. When you give Jim a hint of direction, he takes off and comes back with a rad idea. Jim brings his lunch in SpongeBob SquarePants Tupperware. We need Jim. Not only is he modestly brilliant, he also does his chores every week without excuses.
